Thank you for your purchase. Digital products such as PDFs are delivered instantly, so your access begins as soon as the order is completed.

Because of this instant access, digital downloads are non-refundable once downloaded.

If you have not downloaded the file yet and would like to cancel your order, please get in touch with me within 14 days of purchase, and I can help with a refund.

If there is any problem with a file, such as corruption or the wrong item being delivered, I will replace it as soon as possible.
